Welcome to Sairis Boutique. By accessing and using our clothing hire services, whether online or in person, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Definitions

Client: Any individual or entity who engages the services of Sairis Boutique.

Sairis Boutique: The company providing clothing hire services.

Services: Includes both online and in-person clothing hire provided by Sairis Boutique.

2. Services

Online Services: Clothing hire can be arranged and managed through our digital platforms.

In-Person Services: Clothing hire and fittings conducted at our physical store locations or at an agreed location.

3. Booking and Payment

Booking: Items must be booked in advance through our online booking system or by contacting us directly.

Payment: Fees must be paid upfront before the commencement of the hire period. Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed methods.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the hire. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the hire period will incur the full fee.

4. Client Responsibilities

Care of Hired Items: Clients are responsible for the care and safekeeping of hired items. Any damage or loss will incur additional charges.

Return: Clients must return hired items by the agreed-upon date and time. Late returns will incur additional fees.

Conduct: Clients are expected to treat Sairis Boutique staff with respect. Any form of abuse or harassment will result in immediate termination of services.

5. Sairis Boutique Responsibilities

Professionalism: Our staff will conduct themselves professionally and provide services to the best of their ability.

Quality: Sairis Boutique will ensure that all items hired are clean, well-maintained, and fit for purpose.

Confidentiality: All information shared by the client will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing clothing hire services.

6. Communication

Ongoing Support: Communication will not stop at the end of the hire period. Sairis Boutique staff will provide support as needed.

Contact Methods: Clients can contact Sairis Boutique via email, phone, or the agreed-upon digital platform for any questions or support.

7. Liability

Limitation of Liability: Sairis Boutique is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Disclaimer of Warranties: Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the quality or outcomes of our services.

8. Termination

Client-Initiated Termination: Clients may terminate the services at any time by providing written notice. Refunds for pre-paid hires will be at the discretion of Sairis Boutique.

Company-Initiated Termination: Sairis Boutique reserves the right to terminate services if clients violate any terms and conditions or engage in inappropriate conduct.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Perth.

10. Amendments

Sairis Boutique reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
